is there somebody that can make me a kid sized proton pack?
I’m sure a wizard or genie could make you a kid sized pack… that’s a weird request though.
If you’re looking for someone to BUILD a child sized pack for you, you might do a search for kid pack builds (there’s a plethora of them, many of them from just the last few months!) and PM some of the builders… but I doubt you’ll get many takers.
In the end, I’d suggest building one yourself. With all of the threads and suggestions available, there’s plenty of reference material and help to be had around here.
If you’re concerned you don’t have the tools or talent, I can promise you there are many builders here that have created some awesome packs from easy to work with materials, in college dorm rooms, with no prior building experience, so it’s doable for anyone!
Any idea on what scale you are looking for? Kid sizes are a little tricky to get the correct size so age might give me a better understanding on what size you might need.
That person could be you. Find out what size you need. My son is 10 and for halloween I made a 75% scale pack. I took stefans plans and scaled them to the proper scale in photoshop and then printed them on card stock to use as a template. I printed the motherboard first to check the size. Basically I wanted the length to go from his shoulders to past his waist.
Check out KC’s build which is where I got the courage to try this. It was my first time and I think it turned out great. The only downside to the foam is it is more fragile than most material. You could coat the pack with wood putty to seal followed by a resin or the fiberglass bondo to toughen it up. I plan on doing this on my 1:1 pack. See links below
