RBG and GB2 uniform question

I want to make Peters uniform from The Real Ghostbusters cartoon (just brown w/out the green trim) and the black suits from GB2. Would it be better to dye a uniform or see if they have brown and black suits for sale?

GB2 suits weren’t black, they were charcoal grey. Standard procedure is to dye it the right color, instructions are stickyed at the top of this section here: GBFans.com
