Rebel Wilson has been met with...

Nothing has been confirmed, but she has met Feig about Ghostbusters.

I don’t understand her appeal. I didn’t like her in Bridesmaids and she was insufferable in Pain & Gain (though that movie as a whole was puerile trash).

NOOOOO…it’s happening…LAJDLKFJEIAJRKA DLKGFNJAIEFJLAKJDFKAJSDFIAJDFL!!!

Maybe she’ll be the comic relief. Maybe a Lois Tully character. Wasn’t John Candy originally suppose to play LT?

I’m not touching this one even with a ten foot caddie prod.

Matt Lucas would be great!

Of course, they’re looking for actresses to play Ghostbusters. Not dreamgirls we would like to see on the cover of ■■■■■■■.

Don’t forget that Murray, Aykroyd, Ramis and Hudson weren’t exactly hunks. Well, maybe Hudson was

Seriously, if our friend Feig would start meeting with Megan Fox , then I’d be worried.

Neih, the potential involvement of Rebel Wilson doesn’t bother me.

(The fact that the film will not be taking place in the continuity of the previous two Ghostbusters movies does.)

Well I was right about one thing: if this film is going to come together at all, it’s going to come together extremely quickly. As far as we know, the script isn’t even written yet, and already they are taking meetings looking for a cast. Multi-tasking maybe, so they can shape the characters around the cast members while they write, which can either work out great and provide you with well-rounded characters very quickly, or sink your whole script if it turns out you miscast a role or need different characters or the chemistry of the team’s not working or…you get the idea.

BTW, I’m not expecting anyone here to “like” any of the casting choices, finalized or not. Every actor and actress working has been bad to “meh” in SOMETHING they’ve done. All that really matters is how they’ll be in THIS role. Lots of talented people have gone without the right role to really showcase what they can do.
