I leave in a very rural part of Georgia and cannot find a ribbon cable anywhere within 60 miles. Is there anything I can use as an alternative ?

Have you tried a computer IDE cable?

Are there any big chain stores that carry something that would make a good approximation of the ribbon cable? Has anyone made a find like that?

Aw man, that was out of stock last time I checked. I wound up having to use black IDE hard drive cable since that’s all I had laying around.
