Anyone ever gotten anything from Studio Creations? I found their site and it has a shell for 85 bucks, vacu-formed ABS plastic, 2 parts, looks good, would have to have the lights cut out of it but otherwise its fine.
There’s a bunch of builds on here with these shells. Check out the proton pack section and you will find all the different build types. Most seem to recommend fiberglassing the inside for a stronger hold after you bond the 2 halls together. They are a bit smaller then a fiberglass shell from what I have seen and heard. But it does seem to be a pretty good shell. I’m thinking about getting one of these for my first build also.
