I own the PC version and my friends Gray and Hutchins own the 360 version. None of us have been able to unlock the 9th movie out of the whole 11. How is this achieved?

Maybe he was asking if there is a bug as it doesn’t unlock after finishing the level.

Anyhow, I went back and checked, I have the video unlocked fine. Make sure you’re playing the level through to the end, watching the video and playing into the next level. If you stop playing before the video and then pick up playing later in the next level it may not unlock the video.
I know this is what happened to me.
When I first played it on Pro, I stopped playing right before that cutscene. Came back to it the next day and finished the game, but video 9 was not there.
When I played through again on casual, I went all the way through the whole game, and the video was there.
It skipped on me too. I stopped playing right before it and when I started back up it skipped it. I didn’ t realize there was a cutscene there until I watched all the custscenes on YouTube.
Sorry guys, we found out we both quit at the firehouse and it skipped the cutscene of Winston driving to Central Park. Thanks, it was confusing us.
