Just curious to know if anyone has modified their throwers so that it can hang from their belts so they don’t always have to put it back onto the pack? How did you do this if you did?..some sort of eye hook?..
Most folks take an S-hook and bend one end so it sticks up and then bolts the other end to the gun track.
There is even a site that sells bent S hooks for this. I’m going to have to go that rout as every time I try to bend an S hook it breaks before I get it bent far enough.
Yup, most people use a s-hook.
I’ve heard of folks using a link from a chain also. Already shaped correctly and everything. But any of these ways would work too.

thanks for the replys guys :)..i found a S hook and bent it with no problem in my vise..just need to mount it to the thrower 
Not trying to necro post but just wanted to say that I tried this recently and while this solution works great be sure to bend the metal wisely. Because when you do try to hook the thrower back on the pack later the S hook can catch on the HGA. Just my 2 cents.
