I checked out the site for the Tru-spec flight suits and found that thay also came in navy blue. I was wondring if any one knew how close these suits came to the GB2 blue suits.
The GBII suits were charcole, so I’m guessing not very close. But it might be a good starting point for dying a good GBII charcole suit.
Actually, from what Ron said, it might be better to try a OD green suit and dye it with a purple dye. At least that’s what I think Ron said. If he’s in the chatroom tonight, I’ll ask for ya.
OD Green + One package Navy Blue Dye, and one packet Denim Blue Dye.

I know the question has been asked before but I haven’t found a clear cut answer. What would be the results of a Tru-Spec khaki suit soaked in color remover and then dyed with a charcoal grey? Would it be too brown or would it come out another funky color? Has anyone even tried this?
