Long time no post but, here goes nothing.
Picked up a navy tru-spec suit and debated on dying it for a bit.

Looking at the comparison shots I eventually decided to go ahead and dye my suit.

Pre dye bath:

…The last pic is a little washed out by the flash but I was trying to capture the fact that in the certain light it still has that navy hue.
I skipped a couple steps in mburkit’s method because I didn’t understand why I should completely strip it of color and then add the navy back.
Here’s how I went about achieving this color:
-Four packs of color striper for 30 minutes
-Wash
-Half a bottle of Rit liquid black for 30 minutes
-Rinse under cold for 10 minutes
-Wash
-Wash again & Dry
I’m really happy with how it turned out.
