I lied, I bought new boots! WOOT! So no more Military Combat boots, which were too big for me, and hello to a pair of pretty paratrooper boots!
Why don’t they have zippers? Well I originally bought a pair with zippers, but instead I received these. The idiots sent me the wrong boots, same style just no zippers. I was thinking of calling them up to take care of it, but then a thought dawned on me. The zippers on my old boots always became unzipped, so I had to put a safety-pin on them to keep it zipped. So I though it would be nicer to not have to worry about it any more. I know it’s not completely screen actuate, but these are pretty close, they are paratrooper style boots after all! These boots will look great.
So I did cancel my order with Uncle Sams, on the count that they SUCK with shipping. It’s been over a month for crying out load. There is a uniform shop in town, gonna call them up and see if they carry a black Rothco. If not I’ll just get everything from amazon. Anyways hopefully more updates to come.

I bought a flight suit at a local Army Supply Store. With encouragement from others, I decided to buy a black Rothco and go with Jairus’ dye recipe. The Rothco fits pretty good, the arms and legs are a tad long, and like I was warned the chest pockets are bugging me. Though there is a possibility that I can get this suit fitted, and the chest pockets moved up. I’ll just have to wait and see. More updates soon.
I got a MT500 from Vincenzo330, and it’s so awesome. It’s in great condition, I just love this thing.

The belt arrived this morning, and test fitted everything. The belt fits great, better than my last. The old metaphor holds up, third time is the charm.
Did you test your Lifegard IV? those things are LOUD AS HELL… LOL..

I finally got some pictures of my new Uniform. I may be getting some trinkets for my belt from Collin, but for the most part - DONE. I got to debut it at the San Diego Comic Con, a lot of people liked it. Anyway I wanna say thanks to a few guys who helped me out on it.
With my uniform, I have to thank Jairus, I think I sent him like 5 different PMs about how to dye my Rothco. The Polly/Cotton blend was different than the one he used in his Dye recipe. And Since I never dyed anything, I spent two months and over $20 in dye. But I got it…eventually. I also talked to Vinny (Kind2311) from time to time for tips on dyeing. So thank you for taking time to help me out, Vinny.
Also with my pack, I know wrong thread but I have a good pic of my pack here. I rebuilt my original pack which took a little over 4 months, but it’s finished. Except, I want a new Ion Arm, again most likely from Collin. Anyway thank you Collin for the parts I got in the past, they look real nice on my pack. And of course, Mr AJ Quick. For the GBFans store, I got the all the ■■■■ I needed for the Ribbon Cable there. Like people have said, if it wasn’t for GBfans, I’d be screwed.
