Will it work with a Heavy Props light kit for the pack and a Jupiter lights kit for the thrower?
Ask yourself:
-
Are both light kits running on and able to handle the same voltage as your sound chip? (9-12v)
-
Can you attach the power leads for your lights to the sound board per the user’s manual?
If you haven’t read the user’s manual and you haven’t read through the original soundboard thread, please do so and take note of all the questions (that are asked eleventy billion times and are answered eleventy billion and one times) before you wire up something wrong and release the magic smoke from your electronics.
I’ve seen the smoke many times my self.

They can run on the same power not sure about the leads though I will check that out for sure thanks for the help.
I can’t say this enough (apparently).
The sound board should be compatible with all makes and models of light kits out there… but you will be responsible for determining how to hook it up.
As far as I know the Crix light kit will be one of the easiest to hook up as it includes terminals that go to a sound board (though this may only be his gun lights kit).
I have CRIX’s pack lights and it includes a DPDT switch with 2 wires and a connector for the pack light board on one pole and 3 wires without connectors on the other pole. I simply took the NO and C wires from the 3 wire cable and hooked them directly to my R2DEVO Activate terminals (5&6) on the wand lights and took the left over NC wire and ran it to one of the gbfans sound board PACK terminals and set DIP switch 1 to the NC setting (up). (I can’t remember if I used PD or PU, I did have to switch from one to the other though to get it to work right). Works like a champ!
