did u read KA3? i am dying for them to come out with a movie. i fear that they wont with it being such a long time now with no new news… im a huge kickass fan. many of local comic book guys hate it. and give me a hard time about it. but i loved them!
had to wait while for them to come out, but i really enjoyed the run
rumors are hitgirl has something in the works, we shall see!!
The Winter Soldier is arguably one of the best. The Russos did a phenomenal job. Tonally, and just made a great action film with intrigue. The movie made me delve more into Cap’s comics as well.
Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 Sorry, I like them more than the Raimi movies. If you must know why it’s because how nerdy, dweeby, and unassertive Peter was in the original movies. Peter was more assertive in the comics even before the spider bite. In the very first Spider-Man comic Amazing Fantasy#15 he asks a girl out. Something Raimi’s Peter is incapable of doing. Also his lack of dating in the movies and also how much of a jerk MJ was in the second and Third movies. Yeah. To me Gwen in the new movies is way better than MJ in Raimi’s movies.
Superman 1 and 2
All the Marvel Studios films except Iron Man 3.
Batman 89
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
X-Men 1 and 2, First Class, and Days of Future Past.
Awesome. We’re probably in the minority here, but I’m a Webb/Garfield fan as well. Huge Spidey fan, and enjoy their movies lots. Although, I do admit TASM2 could’ve been way better. I’m very sad that things are looking like Andrew’s run is over though.
Hopefully this doesn’t turn into a Raimi vs Webb debate..
Well, some reports say that even Webb didn’t like his Spidey movies and that Sony never let him make the movie that he wanted… makes you wonder what could have been if this report is true, huh?
Yeah. The way I see it is that whatever result we got, the final product of the movie was what we got. Can’t really do much about it unless a director cut is made, but even that I consider to not even be the real thing. What we got is what we got.
As many flaws as there are to Webb’s universe, his positives seal the deal for me. Shrug.
As for Spidey going back to Marvel, I have absolutely no problem with. They’re obviously known to produce the best CBMs around. Especially since the rumor is is that they’ll keep Peter in high school. Rad! Although being a Garfield fan, it’s gonna suck bad seeing him go.
Right. That movie is gonna be awesome, although I read the central storyline and it was really mediocre. Plus, not to mention, they start shooting in about 4-5 months and rumor has it, Black Panther has taken Spider-Man’s place in what would’ve been. Maybe an end credits appearance or something.
