I am unable to see a lot of photos now in forums, i get the image of “please update your account to enable 3rd party hosting”
I have no idea wha this means and I’ve been playing with my account for a while now, will someone please help!! Thank you!!!
Photobucket wants you to pay for your account. I have the same issue long with many of us here

Yes it is, unfortunately it means that a lot of the past several years’ worth of photo posts have now technically gone offline… although most may still be hosted on those users’ accounts. Whether they’ll get reuploaded and put back into the topics is up to those respective members.
Ben, is it possible to get a direct file upload into posts? I don;t want to know how many threads are now lost due to this photobucket debacle
AJ would be the better person to ask as he handles all the technical stuff to do with the forums.
If photobucket was asking for a reasonable upgrade fee, I would not mind but to upgrade to the P500 plan is $400.00 a year…ouch. Are there any other options that anyone can think of?
I suggest everyone just move their albums to imgur since this is clearly the last gasp of dying website.
