I was reading through some of the newsfeeds and on one stated that there would be no GB2 uniformed Louis Tully. Anybody know why? Thanks.
They do not have the rights.
The same reason as there is no Ghostbusters 3.
I assume it has to do with licensing rights for when GB2 was filmed. I assume for whatever reason Rick Moranis did not sign a deal allowing use of his likeness for licensing when being contracted to reprise his role in the sequel.
