Wired electrical issue...

Ok, I have attached the Jupiter electronic light kit. The kit is really great, I tested it before it went into the shell and it worked fine. I then changed the wiring a bit to run off on 9volt battery and run with the gun kit per Jupiter. Now I have three packs here, two of them are running off Jupiter. I recently ran the wires and had to cut only one to pass through the handle. When you attach a 9volt and switch it on both pack turn on just fine. But one pack after turning in on and off a few times, or letting it sit for sometime runs less bright like the battery is draining very fast. Now if I let the pack on for say about 30min I don’t have any issues. Now the more I turn it off and on, and not immediately maybe 30sec to 1min in between the less light come on, to the point where nothing works. If I put a new battery in it everything works fine again. If I put the old battery back it it works fine also. It is like it is resetting somehow. Now the other pack works just fine. Any ideas as to were to begin? I was thinking maybe the switch went bad, but if I put a fresh battery in, it works perfect on the first throw.

I’m not very good at electronics so I need help. And none of the symptoms started until I past the wires into the handle. I’m stuck :sigh:

Thanks in advance!

It’s pretty much impossible to say without seeing exactly what you did. Only thing I can tell you is to triple check every part of the circuit.
