I know i can purchase it here but i was wondering if anyone ever found it at home depot or lowes and what department would it be in?

The hose comes clear and needs to be dyed.

But they sell the clear ones at Home Depot and stuff

Any of the hose I’ve seen at HomeDepot has black printing on it.

Just got back from Home Depot… bought a precut length of clear hose that I will use the Iodine recipe to dye yellow. It was $4, and has NO printing on it. And I got 10 feet of it, so I’m pretty happy. I already got my hose connector from GuntahKaela, so all I need to do is rig up something to fix it to the back of my belt.

The Home Depot hose looks great with the connector (which I took with me to be sure I got the right size hose.

make it attached to a key fob. It looks the best that way. In the movie it was either just coiled up (Venkman did it alot), gaffer tapped to the belt (you can see it on Ray in the hotel scene) or just coiled up and fed through the waist adjusters like in the Jail scene on Ray. (since he didn’t have a belt on and his suit was unzipped)

I was thinking I would use a key fob, but I’m not sure how to attach it exactly.

I used a regular key fob and removed the snap closure then punched a hole through the hose with a leather hole punch and replaced the snap closure (buy a set at wal-mart’s fabric dept) so it snaps through the hose. It holds strong, however, I already had all that hardware on hand so if it comes down to purchasing everything you need to do it yourself I’d prob just buy Colin’s if he can get it to you in time.
