Again, THANK YOU for your interest! I’ve got new rolls of filament on the way and will be printing these things out as quickly as possible. I will be traveling towards the end of next week for my sister’s wedding, but as soon as we get back, the filament should be in and my printer will be running full-steam to get you folks your giga meters.

Thanks for the interest, folks. Right now I am in Alabama for my sister’s wedding and will be home again in about a week. Then I will finish printing the first run and get those shipped out so I can start on run number 2. I’ve got four more rolls of ABS filament on the way that should be there when I get home.
The second run will see a few differences in the models, but nothing majorly different about the exterior details. There will be holes printed directly in, designed to accomodate threaded inserts and screws to hold the major parts together. I will also be including these threaded inserts and screws with the kits. These kits will also include the crossbrace that goes over the acrylic dome (available here). Price is TBD still, but I will try to keep it to $100 (plus shipping) or less, if possible.

Had a great time at my sister’s wedding and, now that I’m finally home again with a few days off, I can get back to work on these orders!
Thank you to the many of you who sent payments whilst I was away. I was able to order several rolls of filament and already have one order completely finished with most of the next printed! I will send PMs to keep folks updated on the status of their order. If you haven’t heard from me, I’m not trying to jack your money or anything; these things do take some time to print.
UK folks, I will be stopping by the post office to check on the cost of shipping tomorrow. If I made a mistake in labeling anyone who hasn’t paid or vice versa, please let me know. Some of you haven’t included your GBFans usernames in your payments so it can be hard to associate a payment with a user on these forums.

These are the same domes linked in AZSpidey’s giga build. The crossbrace for this dome is not something I’m currently including, but that may change with the 2.0 run.

Guys, I appreciate the interest quite a bit, but the current orders will take priority. In the meantime, I’ll be working on the second run’s models to make them compatible with the threaded inserts, etc. I am printing just as fast as my printer will let me, so please wait till the current orders are filled before asking for a spot on the second run’s list.
