In the “girl ghostbuster” role, I really like the idea of Amy Poehler. She is hilarious, and she can really pull off the “serious funny” quality that I think is important to Ghostbusters. The SNL alum factor is appealing also.

I’ve been seeing her in a lot of movies lately…and I rarely watch SNL…slip of the mind.
Ellen Page is only sarcastic because of the script. She’s horrible in the 3rd Xmen movie

Watch Juno or Hard Candy.
I wouldn’t watch Juno if someone had a gun pointed at my head. I would like to see Kirsten Dunst(sp) in a GB uniform…mmmmm sexy
Juno is a good flick.
And Kirsten Dunst is a much better pick than Amy Poehler.
I’ve watched Juno and wasn’t impressed. Diablo Cody’s writing is horrible. Kirsten Durst sucks so much ass now that she pretty much ruined the Spiderman movies. She doesn’t need to get her stank all over Ghostbusters as well. As much as I love Kristen Wiig, I’d rather see her in a supporting, Louis Tully-style role.
Rachel McAdams could be fun as a Ghostbuster.

Can we all just admit a women ghostbuster just sucks… lets be real. Every movie ive seen were a female tries to be a bad ass and tough girl, that can hang with the men just sucks. I hope in GB3’s case im proven wrong. Id much rather a good looking women play the “dana role” in this new movie with one of the new recruits.

lol batman returns. i give you terminator 2 but that was a mother protecting her son, and i still think the liquid metal would have killed her before she makes it out of the mental ward. sigourney was good in the first 2 aliens and i liked kill bill. But I still stand by what I think on that. Its always nice to see guys stick up for the women ghostbuster. Also are any of those movies similar to ghostbusters in anyway? Resident evel i dont think i remember one line the chick says in the entire movie but she was bad ass… in dazed and confused.
