part of me would like to see this movie made but another part says to just leave it as talk. my main concern is that if they bring in a whole new crew it just won’t be the same. and as for the equipment, who know’s what would become of the proton pack. there are too many new movies out now where cgi has taken over and wrecked the whole movie because it’s not as believable like the older movies were. to me gb1 was a fantastic movie, gb2 was still good. a third movie could totally wreck what they have created. it’s like the talk about making a new ninja turtle movie and having the turtles being aliens and not turtles at all. why mess around with something that is already a great masterpiece. jmo.

I think someone will ask Dan something about GB3 and he’ll say that Murray is not in it. then Murray will say “it’s a possibility..”
Yeah, I think it’s safe to say that Dan and Bill regardless of their friendship are not communicating too well. It’s funny to hear Dan say Bill will not be involved and hear Bill say that we’ll see or we’ll try again. So confusing.

well, Ninja Turtles will be a remake made by a man who like explosions. GB3 at least will be a direct sequel with the original creative staff behind it.

Bill Murray is sort of a dick in every interview I’ve seen of him being asked about a GB3 possibility. If he truly is the holdup on a possible 3rd film he could be just playing it off as a “possibility” to not invoke the wrath of the fans.
Wouldn’t you also be “sort of a dick” if every day some random dude with a cameraman and microphone asked you the same question that you didn’t have any real answer for?
there is always that opportunity for keeping us is suspense.

At this point I would be happy with a really good novel or an only audio version instead…they can do it like the old time radio. I would just like something…but I suppose I don’t want crap!
