I’ve been posting pics of my work all night. So, I figured why not post my latest trap here too?

After building my last two traps (seen here at the bottom of the page)

Everyone jumped on me for not making moulds of them before I “finished” (they’re still not really done) them up.

So, I finally got around to “correcting” this and actually took castings out of the new moulds today. This is actually the fourth trap I’ve built. So, I guess you can say I’m well practiced.

Unfortunately I’ve got no pics of the actual build up :frowning: same story as what went down in the giga meter thread :x

Nice trap Funk! Looks great! What did ya make it from initially?

MDF (medium density fiberboard) - fast, cheap, and easy to work with.

The only set back was having to use fair bit (not a ton) of spray paint to seal off the wood and then use steel wool to give it a smooth surface. This is opposed to styrene, which is what I usually work with, which already has a perfect surface but is far more expensive.
