I did see that someone posted about how most of the time fan films get announced and never materialize. This is true but it’s very hard to get some one to give up their time for free. That’s why decent fan films take longer because you have to organize times when everyone is willing and able to give up their time. I mean RotGB was in production for 2 years. But look at the end result.
UPDATED SYNOPSIS
Ok so Roberts Parents were killed by a class 8 demon god. Who go’s by the name Cantos. He slowly became the king of ghosts all other Ghosts looked up to him. Cantos just so happens to be :angryvigo: Vigo’s younger brother except only stronger. (So Cantos is a Carpathian) He was going to take over the world but after the demise of his brother in 1989. He built up his strength made his Ghost forces stronger. And then 2008 He led his Ghost (armies) to Oregon to be far away from the Ghostbusters. But unfortunately for him he ran into the New Ghostbusters. Robbie not understanding the sudden surge of physic kinetic energy in the area of Portland. Not knowing who the leader is. Him and his friend Josh (the comic relief) Start there adventures as the new ghostbusters. With familiar faces returning like the boogieman and samhain. They start there investigation trying to figure out who the culprit is. And Save the world

I know Dark, we tried to do a big fan film a while ago but because so many were involved it became to difficult to get everyone together. We have some great footage from that though. We are always working on stuff and we are talking about doing some shorts but I don’t want to announce anything till filming is done and we are wrapping up production.
It sounds good. You could make it so that you two are part of the FGB (Future Ghostbusters Program) That will explain your ages. Also you should make your packs to resemble the cartoon packs. Also instead of having 2 different uniforms put one in Khaki and the other in navy. That’s the route we went. My character is in Navy(which is very close to Egon, which is how my character is based) Our “sarcastic” type character is in black, our “Ray” type is in khaki and our “everyman/normal guy” is in olive drab. I would see if you could find a couple of the RGB toy traps and repaint them. Also you could make it so your packs aren’t as powerful(kinda like Jedi training sabers). That way you can think of inventive ways to defeat your villians to give the show some variety. One other thing( I apologize for the rambling) get an adult character in it. They could be the person from Ghostbusters International that monitors you guys and makes sure you guys don’t get into trouble (Kinda like a watcher on Buffy).

Dark i don’ think I will go that route. But Robbie being flesh and blood of a GB is already apart of GB international. The GB’s will be in Early 20’s like 21 or something
Ok for the boogieman live action. what i’m going to do for the long nose and pointy ears is silly putty lol and just use blue makeup. or face paint. 
I’m going to try to recreate samhain and boogieman as close to cartoon as possible

I like what Dark says it gives it some realism. Maybe (if you decide to go the route of Dark’s suggestion) you could make Your “watcher” one of the Original Jr Ghostbusters. That would be cool to see. This way you could have that direct link to the OGB without being related
Should i post a couple pictures of the Ecto 5 (Jeep Rubicon) It doesn’t have a roof rack. but has red and amber light in the windshield. The actual car is my dads and he’s part of Search and rescue.

Well don’t get me wrong I like your Ideas it’s just not what i Had in mind. I’m considering it. making the characters 15 would what I’d do if i went that route. I don’t know what the jr. gb names were any way. I’m probably won’t go that route. but you never know

Maybe you guys who have painted the world with a rainbow colored paintbrush should read back some. I did try to help him. He wants to insist he’s “got skillz” and dosn’t need advice.
Well, here’ some advice, yeah I am a film major. In fact I have my associates in Film Direction, and am going for my bachalors in Direction at either ODU or Regent University. I’m a professional Stage Hand, and a professional Electrician. This is electrics int he sense of movie and stage “lights.” It’s not arrogance, it’s experience.
And the tiny project I gave you, is absolutely nothing with someone with “skillz.”
I had to do that project in two days under professor Cambell, two minutes scripts were produced daily before we moved up to ten minute one. It’s introductory shit. It WAS made to force him to get something done, because let’s face it… We might see results on this project in a year, if we’re lucky. And even then, I think you two guys are going to be the only ones wetting yourselves over it.
HyFiveStudios, you want to play with the big kids, you grow some skin. It’s nice that these two want to be really cool to you and all, but that’s not at all how the real world is, and hopefully one day you’ll listen to someone who has ten years experience on you. Because you’re not the only one to ever try this, I have too, and I was too young and too arrogant, and it was an epic failure.
So have fun with your “skillz” and despite what these two say, if you can’t even meet the simple guidlines of a two day project, I doubt you’ll have any kind of worth while result, ever.
Nobody has ever given me a break, I’m not about to start giving them either. And if you all want to consider that “mean” or “unfair” so be it. I’ve been around these parts for a long time, I’m used to it.
Wow. I’m still trying to figure out why you have such a problem with this kid making his movie. He’s not doing anyone any harm. I understand that you feel that you’re trying to help him, but you’re coming off as a condescending ■■■■. Did you take into account that maybe he just wants to make a movie and that he may not be pursing a film or TV career? Seriously lighten up. And for the record, Ectoman and I are simply being supportive. Camaraderie, man that’s all. I really don’t think he needs needs to prove himself. Just because no one gave you a break doesn’t mean that you have to be a ■■■■ to a 12 year old kid.
