I’ve seen a Ghostbusters teaser on eBay several times now that has the No-Ghost logo reversed and nothing else on the poster except the Columbia logo…anyone have any info on this? I always thought the “coming to save the world this summer” poster was THE teaser…Anyone?

This may be a dumb question but if the posters and such were reversed is there an european version of the movie?If not, why the need to change the logo on posters and such instead of just using the logo as it appears in the movie?Just seems confusing.
The “No ______” logos in other parts of the world have the slash going that way. (as seen in the above image)

at the time ghostbusters was made, the NO symbol was used widely in Europe but was not used in the US yet, so the people who designed the no-ghost logo either didn’t realize it was backwards or decided to put it that way because people in the US wouldn’t know any better, or maybe it just looked better to them?
either way, the logo was flipped to show the correct direction for international releases.
