proton stream anyone ?

well i been experimenting with new methods fer the proton stream and this is what i ended up with

looks good

What did you use for that?

Oooo, very impressive CL. The arc lightning’s come off nicely, if this was Photoshop then what did you use to create it?

just photoshop, and for the lightning i used a downloded filter, its name escapse me but i can always send it if asked , anyhow istead of ur run of the mill wavey path i used pen tool pathed out a straight line did ur normal color and glow techniqes ,then used ctrl-e to form all of the stream layers into one ,to make things flow easier then i used filter>distortion>wave to give it bend , repeat process for the electrical arcs only with the glow layers use filters>distort>glass and then use wave to give it a slightly diffrent bend than the steam  ofcourse im gonna try and make a tutorial but im not too good at those

gewd ole photoshop XD

Looks good. Looks very GBII. I’ve noticed that the yellow-ish central beam in GBII was a lot “tighter,” for lack of a better word, than the GB1 beam. It also seemed to me that the GBII beam was more red than the GB1 beam.

Is that the name of the filter? I have CS2

kick’n beam Reg, you going to post a EGB beam soon?

By far one of the prettiest streams I’ve seen on this site.

Try making the orange stream a little fatter at one end or the other, this will give a little bit of a 3-D effect closer to the streams in the film.

Also, don’t forget the little energy balls on the main stream!
