Hey everyone, I have been reading and looking but I cant seem to find a rock solid answer (if there is one). What should the diameter be on the PVC pipe for the thrower? Sean Bishops plans say 1" but is that id or od? Stefans plans look to be about 1.25" according to Photoshop. What has seems to work the best for everyone out there in terms of id and od?? Yes…Yes, I am a newb so go easy on me, a point in the right direction would be awesome. Thank you everyone!
Are you scratch building or using a kit and if it’s a kit who’s are you using?
1 inch ID / 1 1/4 OD, unless you get thin walled PVC which is 1 1/8 ID / 1 1/4 OD. If you are using ThrowingChicken’s gunbox, you will need thin walled for atleast the front handle. Rear doesn’t matter.
I was looking into this myself the other day. My rear handle is 26mm OD. I was a bit worried cause after I attached my rear handle I looked around at other pics and they all seemed a litle thicker. So regardless of the correct size I just went with the plans and it seems ok to me.
What about the actual gun barrel though? Is it supposed to be the same diameter as the front cylinder it sits next to, or smaller?
I am scratch building this thrower much the same way fixxer is building his.

Thank you for the help everyone, got my clear plastic tube today, but it fits a little too lose the the pvc, so I need to find adapter of sort…any ideas. I went with the thin walled 1 1/4 pvc od pipe.
I thnk my MMM handles are only 1 1/8"
