Was there a particular episode that creeped you out just a little? Of coarse we ain’t fraid uh no ghost, but did one kinda bother you just a little.
For me, it was the Rosebud ghost ; always popping up and saying Rosebud in that strange voice.
That little thing was just eerie.

“The Hole In The Wall Gang”. I don’t know why, but something about that episode creeped me out and made want to make sure there were no holes in my walls. And, “The Thing In Mrs. Faversham’s Attic”, for obvious reasons.
Follow that Hearse did it for me, only episode of the show that actually scared me when I was younger, the mutated Earth spirit was the stuff of nightmares.
Masquerade also had some creepy elements, General Holloway’s ghost, and it inhabiting the dark, decaying end of a lonely unlit hallway was spooky.
And of course, for a while the Boogieman episodes made me leery of my bedroom closet doors.
The Grundel, was and episode that still to this day kind of gives me the creeps. It may have been a bit softer in tone than season 1 but it still had that skin crawl factor that made the show so unique.
The old man melting in the bed in the hole in the wall game was pretty disturbing

yeah the grundel always freaked me out a little. also robobuster got to me also, i don’t like robots that can think for themselves…

I would have to say “The Thing In Mrs. Faversham’s Attic”! And The Boogieman for me.
Knock, Knock I always found to be pretty creepy.. maybe not exactly creepy, but dark and sombre.. At the end of it, they walk in and are pretty much expecting/prepared to die, which always made that particular episode seem a lot more intense than the rest..
Doctor, Doctor also gets an honorable mention.. They’re sick, in the hospital, no one knows what’s wrong, and suddenly their body starts growing giant facial features.. It may not be Cronenberg, but it’s a fair bit of creepy body-horror.
“Diary Farm”
I thought it was really creepy that “generations” of Petersons were buried (without headstones) in the garden and fields. Plus the episode was like Night of the Living Dead.
Always liked Diary Farm, cause Peterson is my last name lol

Yeah Poultreyguiest is a good one. I really freaked when one of the first things that happens is the wife turning into a werechicken. I never thought a giant chicken could be scary, but they pulled it off.

There was honestly a lot of really scary episodes for lost of different reasons. I thought the first boogieman episode was the scariest, but only the first. I also think that the episode slimer come home with the stomach mouth and also I thought Ghost R us with the big class 10 in the toy factory was really scary!

Im happy so many responded. When we were kids, no one wanted to be a punk and admit that a cartoon creeped them out, but strangely enough; the creepier the episode, the more i enjoyed it.
I really think that “the Grendel” was still one of the most disturbing ghostbusters episodes I ever saw when I was a kid.

The episode that creep me out the most as a kid was ‘‘Drool the dog faced Goblin’’. the shape shifter in this episode was pretty scary at the time! :twisted:
