You know… I’m over all the announcement hoopla. I have seen SO MANY posts saying there’s going to be an imminent announcement… if the first time I’d heard that, it’d been true, I would have known something two months ago.

When will ‘imminent’ be ‘look for a big announcement on our website TOMORROW!’

When that happens, I might perk my ears up a tad.

And I’ll third that! I’m getting so sick of all the rumors being passed off as news. It is frustrating enough that we are waiting to find out what will happen. It is frustrating enough that it is taking so damn long. Does everybody have to keep coming in here with stuff like “NEWS FLASH! The Ghostbusters game landed a new publisher, and the announcement will be made within the next two weeks!” Then, those two weeks go by, and more, and NOTHING!

Don’t get me wrong. I’m as anxious as the next Ghosthead to see this thing get released ASAP, but I’m just sick of having my hopes raised only to be crushed again. Lately, I’ve just given up on thinking we are going to hear anything any time soon. I’ll just wait until we hear something official.
