Hee hee… I’m sure this has been posted here before, but if not… check out this “sexy” mass-market GB uniform:

Personally, I think it’s cute… but a total abomination for a GB uniform/costume. My nerdiness won’t allow it! :slight_smile:

However, it’s the second picture for the costume that just made me cry…

Her eency weency teeny little proton pack is on upside down. That just kills me. And the men’s version comes with an inflatable proton pack… but at least he was wearing it right-side up :wink:

So… my most heartfelt appreciation out to all you more dedicated builders who are building far more accurate costumes… and know which way is up! :smiley:

I think I read somewhere it’s upside down so it can be used as a bag, with a zip round the top - someone may need to confirm this though :lol:

I was at a Halloween store at my local mall and I thought it was funny that the picture had the chick wearing the PP upside down. It looks like there’s no wand either.

No zipper, but the flap openning is made on the round section. Woudln’t use it to carry anything big or heavy. Also not mentionned on the picture is that the lady is very petite. These are VERY small.

And, no wand either.

I managed to get 2 of them, for usage by the junior busters in the family.

you know I was complaining about this the other day and work and a girl I work with said the reason they showed the back was to show off the girls butt, and the my reply was you could see her butt??? apparently in my brain she didn’t exist from the pack down :stuck_out_tongue:

Ahh so misleading. The suit color especially, more of a yellow :smiley: The gun is absolutely the worst. It is so flimsy and there’s no way to hold it like he tries to.

I bought thsi costume a few years ago. If i remember right, the wand was split in half. You could put a fake gun or handle into it that way i guess. It kinda looks like that is what they did from the pic.

I tossed the suit and my pack got messed up by my dog. Need to buy another one since i will not have my blower done before halloween

I’m thinking that the wand on the infate-o-pack was split so you could put a squirt gun inside it.

NOW that makes a little more sense. I wondered why it was such a flimsy piece of crap with a little piece of cardboard stuck in it. I think when I went out with it I put a piece of pipe in it to give it a little more structure. :whatever:

inflatable packs are the worst idea ever… and i bet that costume costs over $50 as well… what rubbish

Yeah that’s how it actually designed to be worn for the gals costume. It’s upside down because it doubles as a purse/backpack, and the zipper…well you know how a backpack works lol. It’s a shame, really..
