I tried to change my forum notification settings just now, but when I clicked the “Submit” button I got redirected to an “ERROR: File Not Found” page instead, and indeed the checkbox selections I had made were not reflected when I returned to the “Edit notifications options” page.
Any help would be appreciated!
2026 update, this is still an issue. I am able to click the “submit” button on any of the other control panel board preferences pages, but the “Edit notification options” page redirects to a 404 when I click Submit rather than saving my settings.
As by default I do not get e-mail notifications of private messages, I would really like to have that setting changed.
Sorry I didn’t see this last year. I’ll take a look now, I have an idea on what it might be.

Works now! My preferences updated and I’ve confirmed that the new settings now apply when I refresh the page. Thanks so much!
