Its gotta’ be citizen ghost for me. Any reference to the film is cool. I also love the episode that actually shows the guys seeing a ghostbuster film in the movies made abut their story. Anybody know the name of that episode?

My favorite was always “Flipside”. I love the Peoplebusters and it was very unfortunate that they were only featured in one episode. They could have been such formidible enemies, worthy of several appearences throughout the series.
I agree,Flipside was awesome.I liked the people busters version of Ecto-1 too.
Sort of off subject, I cant think of the episode I know someone here will know it.
All I remember is that there is a guy or ghost thats steals a blue cabover semi truck and runs crazy with it. Anyone remember which one that is. I know its vague, but thats all I can remember right now.
Look familar at all? That’s the beginning of “The Boogieman Cometh” with an old mob ghost named Louie. 
A masterpiece from JMS, possibly the grimmest episode of the entire series (but even then, they made room for a surreal moment or two…“Is there any point in even asking?” “You mean this is the real thing?” and the gargoyles in the studded underpants)
Janine You’ve Changed
Another JMS episode, this time taking all of the grevous, ruinous changes inflicted to Janine since he quit the show, and using them to concoct this sweet, sweet lemonade. Janine finally vents the frustration that’s been building..and Egon does the only thing he can to reclaim her soul from the creature that covets it: he unleashes the truth that has burned within him since, well, strangely enough, “Ragnarok and Roll”…
Why folks, I believe we have a JMS sweep here…the movie founded the mix of the comedic and the horriific, and no example of the animation better equals this idea than this episode: the pathetic Cubby sells his soul (a horrific thing) to get rid of all the chickens in the world (an insanely assinine and petty thing) It’s pretty chilling if you think about it. This episode actually got one of the producers to ask Joe if he was feeling all right

Halloween Door is definitely up there… I want to say that Citizen Ghost and Chicken He Clucked are up there.. but IIIIDK
My most favorite is FLIP SIDE. Had to be the coolest one out there, runner up would be citizen ghost

“Flipside” has been my favorite since I first saw it when I was like three or four. Gotta love the Peoplebusters. My only complaint is that I’d much rather Lorenzo Music as Venkman than Dave Coulier.
Agreed. There are many episode I find myself wanting that. Just to hear his flippant sarcasm regarding the ridiculous situations they get into rather than listening to Uncle Joey ask Egon what his technical explanations mean.For whatever reason, the lazy Garfield voice fits Venkman’s personality perfectly I thought.
EDIT: Just watching Deadcon I really for the first time all the way through as long back as I can remember. Funny toward the end when the guy falls from the ceiling screaming and the banner behind him says AAAOH from the dentists convention.

I was entertained by both Professor Dweeb and the Trash Brothers. The kid friendly era had some good episodes, and this happened to be one of them.
