Over used rust effect on the handles of the wand…I think you mean brown paint used to recreate the effect of the grips being made out of wood, many of the reference pictures show the black paint rubbed off and lots of brown showing through…

Amazing weathering (and pack!) What did you use for the shock mount? That thing is pretty! I feel like the shock mount is the only real bit of bling on a pack, and that one looks incredible.
Hey TC, for that ion arm assembly, did you bolt that down to the ion arm itself, or is it glued on to look bolted?
I ask because I’m thinking of approaching the ion arm in the same way, but I’m concerned running bolts through the front of the ion arm is going to split the two layers in half once the drill hits the glued seam between the two pieces composing the longer part of the arm.
